Recipe - Low-Country Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

2 cup Chopped tomatoes
1 md Onion; finely chopped
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; melted
One fourth cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Hot sauce
1 Clove garlic
One half Red pepper pod

Process tomatoes through a food mill or pulse several times in a food
processor. Saute' onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. Stir
in tomatoes, vinegar, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce
heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove and discard garlic and red pepper pod. Serve sauce over cut or sliced up pork.
