Recipe - Low-Calorie Ice Cream

2 teaspoon Gelatin
1 cup Cold water
Three fourths cup Nonfat dry milk
1 One half cup Fresh milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Liquid sweetener
2 teaspoon Pure vanilla
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Directions:
Soften gelatin in One half cup water.
Mix One fourth cup dry milk with freshmilk; scald. Dissolve gelatin in milk; stir
in 2 tablespoon sugar, liquid sweetener, and vanilla. Chill until slightly
thickened.
Beat One half cup dry milk with One half cup very cold water until it begins to thicken.
Add lemon juice; beat until thick. Beat in 1 tablespoon sugar until mixture is
consistency of whipped cream. Fold in chilled gelatin mixure. Pour into
ice trays; freeze.
