Recipe - Low-Cal Crab Dip

One half cup Low fat sour cream
2 tablespoon Low fat margarine
1 tablespoon Skim milk
1 tablespoon Horseradish
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Hot sauce
1 8 ounce tub lo fat cream cheese
1 cup 4 ounce shredded lo fat cheddar
Cheese (sharp)
One half pound Fresh lump crabmeat, drained
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1. Position knife blade in food processor; add first 8 ingredients.
Process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and
crab. Cover and chill. Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted
crackers or vegetables.
Makes: 3 One half cups
