Recipe - Lovely Potato Casserole

2 pound Baking potatoes, skinned,
shredded
One half cup Butter, melted
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoon Dried, minced onion
1 cn Cream of Chicken soup
2 cup Sour cream
2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
One fourth cup Butter
2 cup Can french fried onions
Preheat oven 350~F. Combine potatoes, 1/2c butter, salt, onion, soup, sour
cream, and cheese. Put into a greased 9x13" baking dish, spreading to full.
Combine 1/4c butter with the crushed french fried onions and sprinkle on
top. Bake 1 One fourth hrs.
