Ingredients:
Louisiana Compound Butter recipe makes 3 Servings
8 ounce Whole butter, softened
One half cup Durkee Red Hot sauce
One half teaspoon Garlic, minced
One half Bundle Cilantro chopped fin
In mixing bowl, add butter, garlic and cilantro and blen on slow speed.
Slowly add hot sauce until incorporated. Chill and hold for service
