Recipe - Loris Pecan Tassies

1 Stick butter
3 ounce Cream cheese
1 cup Flour
2 Beaten eggs
1 One half cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoon Melted butter
Chopped pecans
These delightful cookies are like miniature pecan pies. Thanks ever so much
to my dear old friend for allowing me to post her recipe here.
Mix together the stick of butter, cream cheese, and flour. Refrigerate one
hour. Make into small balls, then press into minimuffin pans, forming
little cups. Mix together remaining ingredients except for nuts. Put 1/4
teaspoon chopped nuts into each shell. Fill shells halfway with filling
mixture, then top with another One fourth teaspoon nuts. Bake at 350 for about 20
minutes.
