Recipe - Lomi Salmon

One half pound Salmon lox; shredded
2 lg Fresh tomatoes; chopped
1 small Maui onion; chopped
2 Stalks green onion; chopped
One half cup Ice; chopped
Soak the salt salmon in cold water for several hours. Overnight is good.
Drain. Remove the skin and debone the salmon. By hand shred into small
pieces. Add tomatoes and chopped onions and about One half cup of chopped ice.
Lomi, or knead with your hands until everything is in small pieces. Chill
until ready to serve.
