Recipe - Lollipop Sugar Cookies

1 cup Flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoon Shortening
Egg; slightly beaten
Three fourths cup Milk
1 pound Franks; (810)

Sift first four ingredients together, stir in cornmeal, cut in short
ening, combine egg and milk, and add to cornmeal mix. Sir all until well
mixed.

Insert wooden skewers into end of frank. Spread frank evenly with batter.
Deep fry until browned (45 minutes). ENJOY
