Recipe - Lolas Cornbread

1 Three fourths cup Cornmeal
2 Rounded Tbsp. sugar
1 teaspoon Soda
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt (scant)
2 cup Buttermilk
2 Slightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoon Oil
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add buttermilk and mix, then eggs
and oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes in a greased and floured 9 inch
square pan.
