Recipe - Lokshen Kugel - (Noodle Pudding)

2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 One half cup Cooked Broad Noodles
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
One half cup Raisins, dark or golden
One fourth cup Walnuts or Pecans, chopped

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients,
except the nuts. Pour into a welloiled 2quart casserole dish or an 8inch
baking pan. Sprinkle on the nuts.
Bake in a 350degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until browned.
