Recipe - Lobster Salad

2 cup Lobster meat; cooked
Lettuce
1/3 cup Oil, olive
2 tablespoon Vinegar, wine
One half teaspoon Salt
6 dr Hot sauce
One fourth teaspoon Mustard, dry
One half cup Mayonnaise
2 cup Celery; thinly cut or sliced up
1 small Onion; minced
Cut lobster meat in pieces, and arrange on lettuce leaves. Combine
remaining ingredients and pour over lobster. Chill for 1 hour or more.
