Recipe - Lobster Noodle Salad

5 ounce Can of lobster (or fresh)
2 cup Cooked alphabet noodles
One fourth cup Chopped celery
3 tablespoon Stuffed olives, cut or sliced up
1 tablespoon Green onions, thinly cut or sliced up
Salt, sprinkle
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Cream or milk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 Lettuce cups (or shredded)
2 Tomatoes in wedges
Salt and pepper, sprinkle
Combine lobster, noodles, celery, olives and onions in bowl. Sprinkle with
salt.
In small bowl mix mayonnaise, cream and lemon juice. Add to salad. Toss
lightly.
Arrange lettuce on plates. Spoon lobster mixture over lettuce with tomato
wedge for garnish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serves 4 Typed in
