Popovers
One fourth cup Margarine or butter
3 tablespoon Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 cup Milk
2 cup Cutup cooked lobster
2 tablespoon Dry sherry or apple juice
Prepare Popovers. Heat margarine in 3quart saucepan over medium heat until
melted. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly,
until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling,
stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.Can be prepared to this point
and then reheated and continued just prior to serving. Stir in lobster and
sherry. Heat until hot. Serve over hot split Popovers. 6 SERVINGS; 290
CALORIES PER SERVING.
