Recipe - Lobster Eggs

2 tablespoon Butter
2 ounce Sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Heavy cream
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Pepper
One half teaspoon Chopped fresh basil
2 cup Lobster meat
8 Eggs
8 Bread rusks
In skillet, heat butter. Saute mushrooms. Sprinkle flour & cook 2
minutes. Add cream, seasonings & One half cup lobster meat. Simmer until
thick. Poach eggs. Place remaining lobster on rusks. Top with egg.
Smother with sauce. Serve at once.
