Recipe - Lobster Broth With Pasta

6 cup Lobster broth
One half cup Pastina*
One half teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon Chopped chives
Bring the broth to a boil in a stainless steel saucepan. Add the pastina*
and stir well. Bring the broth back to a boil, cover, and boil gently for
10 minutes, until the pastina is very tender. Add the pepper and the salt
to taste. Ladle the soup into four soup bowls and sprinkle with chives.
