Recipe - Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

Three fourths cup Margarine; softened
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half cup Oatmeal
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Butterscotch chips
Three fourths cup Raisins
One half cup Walnuts; chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat oleo and brown sugar in large bowl until
creamy. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in oats,
flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until wellblended. Stir in chips,
raisins and walnuts. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto
ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around
edges. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool
completely. Store in airtight container. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
