Ingredients:
Lo-Cal Dressing recipe makes 1 Servings
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 cl Garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Mint; chopped*
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half Medium cucumber
Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed greens.
*If using dried mint, decrease to One half t.
