Recipe - Liverburgers

1 pound Liver
2 cup Potatoes, minced , raw
1 cup Onions,chopped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Fat or oil
3 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 tablespoon Flour
1 One half cup Milk
One half cup Light cream
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Put liver, potatoes and onion through food chopper twice. Add 1 One half tsp.
salt and 1/8 tsp pepper.
Drop liver by spoonfulls into hot fat in skillet. Fry quickly. Remove
Burgers from pan.
For gravy, blend tomato paste and flour into drippings in pan. Add milk,
cream, 1 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Add Liverburgers; simmer covered 15 minutes.
