Recipe - Little Bits Meringue Wreaths

2 Egg whites
One fourth teaspoon Cream of tartar
1/3 cup Sugar
One fourth pack (12oz) Nestle Toll House
Little Bits semisweet
chocolate
1 pack (3oz) candied cherries; cut
in quarters
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. In 1One half quart bowl, combine egg whites and
cream of tartar; beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beat
until stiff peaks form. Fold in Nestle Toll House Little Bits semisweet
chocolate. Spoon into pastry bag fitted with rounded #7 pastry tip. Pipe
2inch circles onto parchmentpaperlined cookie sheets. Top each with 2
candied cherry pieces. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven off;
leave in oven with door ajar 30 minutes. Cool completely on wire racks;
remove from paper. Store in airtight container. Makes about 2One half dozen
cookies.
