1 Three fourths cup White Flour
1 One half tablespoon Gluten
One fourth cup Light Brown Sugar
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Butter
1 One half teaspoon Dry Lemon Peel
1 One half teaspoon Dry Orange Peel
1 cup Whole Cranberries; chopped
coarse
One half tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
4 tablespoon Buttermilk Powder
1 One fourth cup Water; warmed
Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir
together. Place ingred. In bread machine according to
manufacturers instructions. Adjust water or flour as
needed. Cook on White Bread Cycle. Raised up to vent.
Delicious fruit flavor. Definite DO AGAIN!
