Recipe - Lisas Quick Southwest Hot Dip

Ingredients:

1 cn Refried beans; 16 ounce can
1 pack Cream cheese; 8 oz. size
1 cn Your favorite chili; 16 oz
size
1 pack Shredded cheddar cheese; 8
oz size
1 pack Shredded Monterey jack
cheese, 8 oz. size
1 Bag your favorite tortilla
chips or fritos

Spread beans in bottom of 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle some cheddar and
jack cheese, about 4 oz.of each. Slice cream cheese thinly and lay out as a
layer over beans and cheeses. Pour over 1 can of your favorite chili, or
home made.Top with remaining cheeses. Microwave on High power 5 minutes or
til bubbly and heated through. Serve with chips.

Toss in some green chile peppers and chopped fresh tomatoes under the chili
layer if desired. (my kids are picky..LOL )
