Recipe - Lisas Kraut Rye Bread

3 cup White flour
1 cup Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
4 tablespoon Gluten Flour
4 tablespoon Sugar
2 One half tablespoon Dry milk
2 tablespoon Veg. oil
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sauerkraut;put in strainer
pushing with back of spoon
to drain; chop fine;loosely
packed
1 One fourth cup Water; warmed
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select
White Bread Cycle. 1 tablespoon of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George
loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
