Recipe - Lisas Italian Meat Loaf

One fourth cup Evaporated milk
One half cup Tomato sauce
One half cup Corn flake crumbs
1 One half pound Lean ground beef
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; finely minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Dried basil
1 cup Ricotta cheese
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Blend all but One fourth cup of parmesan cheese, One fourth cup of the tomato sauce and
oregano, basil, and ricotta. Blend ricotta, oregano and basil. Place 1/3 of
the meat mixture in an oiled baking dish. Spread with One half of the ricotta
mixture. Repeat ending with meat.Top with remaining tomato sauce and
sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 4560 minutes or
till done.
