Recipe - Liptauer Kase (Cheese)

8 ounce Softened butter
16 ounce Softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon Grated onions
1 One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Ground caraway seeds; (up to
11/2)
2 teaspoon Chopped parsley
2 teaspoon Chopped chives
2 teaspoon Chopped capers
Mix ingredients well. Shape into mound. Sprinkle parsley or chives on top.
Serve with pretzel sticks.
