Recipe - Linzer Bread

1 pound loaf:
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cup Bread flour
One fourth cup Rye flour
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Walnuts; chopped
Three fourths cup Water
2 tablespoon Water
Load ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Process on regular bread cycle.
1.5 pound loaf:
active dry yeast 2 One fourth tsps.
bread flour 3 cups
rye flour 1/3 cup
sugar 1/3 cup
ground cinnamon Three fourths tsp.
salt Three fourths tsp
chopped walnuts Three fourths cup
water 1 One fourth cup

NOTES : This is a bread dense with walnuts and cinnamon perfume. Cut loaf
into
thin slices when cool and make small sandwiches with raspberry
jam.
Another bread to eat with cold milk or hot tea, or breakfast
decadence.
