Recipe - Linsensuppe (Lentil Soup)

1 cup Lentils; (washed)
6 cup Water; (approximately)
3 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Clove garlic; (chopped fine)
1 Carrot; ( minced )
1 Celery stalk; ( minced )
1 tablespoon Parsley; (chopped)
3 lg Potatoes
2 tablespoon Vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the water to the washed lentils and bring to a boil. Add boullion
cubes, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and simmer for about 1 One half hours.
Add potatoes and boil for addional 30 minutes. Add vinegar; salt and pepper
to taste.
