Recipe - Linguini With Tomato-Basil Sauce

4 Cloves garlic peeled and
Minced
3 tablespoon Olive oil
3 cup Italian plum tomatoes
Coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
18 ounce Linguini or other thin
Pasta
1 bn Fresh basil leaves no
Stems, chopped
12 tablespoon Parmesan cheese freshly
Grated
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden, but not brown. Add tomatoes, salt
and pepper and simmer over med. heat for 20 min.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package. When sauce is done
simmering, remove from heat and stir in basil. Toss pasta with sauce and
serve. Top with cheese.
