Recipe - Linguini With Honey-Sauced Prawns

1 pound Prawns; peeled and deveined
One half cup Julienne carrots
One half cup Sliced celery
One half cup Green onions; diagonally
cut or sliced up
3 Cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoon Olive oil
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Honey
4 teaspoon Cornstarch
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes; crushed
One fourth teaspoon Dried rosemary leaves;
crushed
1 pound Linguini; cooked and kept
warm
Stirfry prawns, carrots, celery, green onions and garlic in oil in a large
skillet over mediumhigh heat about 3 minutes or until prawns start to turn
pink. Combine remaining ingredients except pasta in a small bowl; mix well.
Add to prawn mixture; stirfry about 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
Serve over pasta.
