Recipe - Linguine With Gorgonzola Sauce

3 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Whipping cream
One half pound Gorgonzola cheese; crumbled
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1 pound Linguine; cooked and drained
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley; chopped
Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add cream and heat gently. Add
Gorgonzola cheese; stir until smooth. Add parmesan and linguine. Toss
gently and thoroughly until well heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at
once.
NOTES : This is a nice alternative to Fettuccine Alfredo.
