Recipe - Linguine With Garlic-And-Red Pepper Oil

3 tablespoon Olive oil
One half teaspoon Crushed red pepper
4 lg Garlic cloves; minced
6 cup Hot cooked linguine
(1 pound uncooked pasta)
One half cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add red pepper,
and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds or until garlic is lightly
browned. Remove from heat; stir in the remaining ingredients. Yield: 6
servings (serving size: 1 cup).
