Recipe - Linguine Broccoli And Ham

6 ounce Linguine
2 tablespoon Butter
One fourth cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 cn (385 mL) Carnation 2% E.
Milk
1/3 cup Water
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Shredded Swiss cheese
1 pack (175 g) cut or sliced up cooked ham
1 cup Chopped cooked broccoli
Cook linguine according the package directions. Drain. Keep warm. Melt
butter in med. saucepan. Sauté onion until tender. Blend in flour and salt.
Gradually stir in E. Milk and water. cook and stir over med. heat until
mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Add cheeses; stir
until melted. Sliver ham. Add ham and broccoli to pan; heat through. Add
linguine; toss to combine. Makes 4 servings.
