10 pound Avacados (about 20)
Three fourths pound Black Olives, chopped
3 cups
One half cup Green onion, cut or sliced up
Three fourths cup Lime juice
One half cup Salsa
1 One half tablespoon Salt (to taste)
Mash avacados. Combine rest of ingredients. Add additional Salsa or
seasonings as desired. Makes 1 gallon
