POTATO WEDGES LIGHTLY WITH OIL AND SPRINKLE WITH HERB MIXTURE. PLACE ON
OUTER EDGES OF GRILL OVER HOT COALS. COVER AND COOK 15 TO 20 MIN. OR UNTIL
TENDER, TURNING ONCE.
