Recipe - Lindas Artichoke Hot Dip

One half cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Apples, unpeeled
One half cup Walnuts
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and beat until creamy. Sift dry ingredients
together and add to egg mixture. Stir. Add chopped nuts and apples. Bake
in a 7 x 11" greased pan at 350 about 40 mins. Cool in pan and cut into
squares. Serve alone or with better yet, with a nice french vanilla ice
cream
