Ingredients:
Lime Mustard recipe makes 4 Servings
One fourth cup Dry mustard; Colemans
1 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup White wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Dry white wine
3 Egg yolks
Follow recipe for Homemade Mustard; when you remove mustard from heat, stir
in Three fourths tsp grated lime peel and 1 One half tsp lime juice. Serve with roast lamb
