Recipe - Lime Jello Saladunusual And Good

2 small Pkgs. lime jello
2 cup Boiling water
2 tablespoon Grated cucumber
2 tablespoon Grated carrots
2 tablespoon Grated green pepper
Onion juice ; about One half tsp
2 cup Cottage cheese; drained well
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped
One half cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Dissolve jello in the 2 cups of boiling water. Let cool, then add remaining
ingredients. Put in refrigerator to set. Serve each serving with a dab of
