Recipe - Lime-Pineapple Relish

1 cup Chopped fresh pineapple or 2
(8 oz) cans crushed
pineapple, drained
One fourth cup Chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Thinly cut or sliced up green onion
2 teaspoon Grated lime peel
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
One half teaspoon Ginger

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
