Recipe - Lime-Mint Tea On Ice

1 qt Boiling water
4 teaspoon Bags
1 One half cup Loosely packed fresh mint
leaves (up to 2)
One fourth cup Sugar, or to taste
One fourth cup Fresh lime juice (about 2
limes)
Lime slices for garnish
Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove
and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.
Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.
Makes 1 quart.
