Recipe - Lime-Marinated Turkey Tenderloins

One half cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1 One fourth ounce Old el paso 40% less sodium
taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
1 One half pound Turkey tenderloins
In small bowl, combine yogurt, taco seasoning mix and lime juice; mix well.
Place turkey tenderloins in glass baking dish; pour yogurt mixture over top
to completely cover. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 15
minutes or overnight to marinate.
Heat oven to 450 F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Remove turkey from
marinade and place on foillined pan. Discard marinade.
Bake at 450 F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until turkey is forktender and
juices run clear. Cut into slices to serve.
