Recipe - Lime-Ginger Vinaigrette

3 tablespoon Juice from one lime
1 One half teaspoon Minced or grated ginger
1 teaspoon Dried coriander seeds,
Crushed
One fourth teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Vietnamese fish sauce
(nuoc mam)
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Canola oil
Salt and ground black pepper
Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Whisk in
next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let
stand for 1 hour before serving.
