Recipe - Light And Fruity Pie

1 pack (4serv) Strawberry jello
gelatin
2/3 cup Boiling water
One half cup Cold water
Ice cubes
3 One half cup Cool whip topping, thawed
1 cup Strawberries, hulled and
cut or sliced up
1 pack 9inch graham cracker crumb
crust, cooled
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice
cubes to make 1 One fourth cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly
thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, blend in whipped
topping. Fold in berries. Chill until mixture mounds. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill about 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.
