Ingredients:
Light Rye recipe makes 6 Servings
4 teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 tablespoon Caraway seeds
7/8 cup Rye flour
3 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoon Sugar, scant
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Water
Add all ingredients and "start".
Note: Don't use gluten.
