Recipe - Light Ranch Dressing

1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley OR
1 teaspoon Dried flakes
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Three fourths teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Dried basil, crushed
One fourth teaspoon Celery seed
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon White wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
Combine ingredients and refrigerate.
