Recipe - Light Onion Bread

Small Loaf
1 cup Potato water
2 teaspoon Canola oil
1 lg Egg
2 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 cup Rye flour
2 tablespoon Minced onions; dehydrated
2 teaspoon Vital wheat gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
1 One half cup Potato water
1 tablespoon Canola oil
2 lg Eggs
3 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One half cup Rye flour
4 tablespoon Minced onions; dehydrated
2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being carefull not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
