Recipe - Light Gelatin Shots

1 pack (4serving size) JellO
brand gelatin; any flavor
1 cup Boiling water
Three fourths cup Cold juice or soda
One fourth cup Cold liqueur; rum or wine

DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and liqueur. Pour into 12
(2ounce) souffle cups. Chill until set, about 1 hour.

CherryRum Colo Shots: Use cherry flavor gelatin, Three fourths cup cola beverage
and
One fourth cup rum.

Orange Triplex: Use orange flavor gelatin, Three fourths cup orange flavor sparkling
water and One fourth cup any orange liqueur.

MAKES 12 servings, Prep time: 10 minutes, Chill time: 1 hour
