Recipe - Light Crab Spread

One half Onion; finely chopped
1 Clove garlic; pressed
1 ounce Cream cheese; softened (1 to
8)
1 tablespoon Milk
1 md Tomato; seeded
One half small Green or red pepper
Three fourths cup Fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
4 ounce Crab or imitation crabmeat
Finely chop onion in food chopper. Press garlic. Mix with cheese and milk.
Spread into Minibaker. Chop and mix remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of
cheese mix. Top with crab and sprinkle with parsley. Chill and serve with
Valtrompia Bread slices or fresh veggies.
