Recipe - Light Chocolate Chip Cookies

One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Margarine softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 lg Egg white
1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Miniature chocolate chips
Cream sugar, brown sugar & margarine. Add vanilla & egg white. Stir in
flour, baking soda & salt. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto a
greased cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 375 for 8 10 min. Cool
slightly; then remove from sheet. NOTES : 2 tbsp egg substitute can be used
instead of the egg white.
