12 ounce Milk, canned skim
One fourth cup Flour
1 One fourth cup Stock, chicken
One half cup Cheese, Parmesan, grated
1/8 teaspoon Pepper, black
Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth. Cook over medium heat,
stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
