Recipe - Libbys Pie Crust

1 cup Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoon Shortening
2 tablespoon Cold water; more as needed
Mix flour and salt in bowl; cut in shortening. Gradually add cold water,
mixing until flour is moistened. Shape dough into a ball; flatten to about
1 inch thickness. On a lightly floured board, roll dough into a circle
about 2 inches larger than inverted 9inch pie plate. Line plate with
pastry. Turn edge under; flute if desired.
