Three fourths cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
1 One half cup Undiluted evaporated milk
1 9" unbaked pie crust
Readywhip topping
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Combine filling ingredients in order
given;pour into pie shell.Bake 15 minutes.Reduce temperature to 350
degrees.Bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center
comes out clean.Cool;garnish with readywhip topping.
